We say the world is now a global village, but what is the point in a global village when the globe we live is doomed to pollution and warming? We pledged to shake hands with nature by planting more trees and called the program "Vanakkam Village!", which can be translated to "Greetings Village!". This event is to understand our villages better. Planting trees and conducting sports day for rural kids are the main focus of this event as of now, we are planning to expand our horizons sooner.
